When I was contacted by someone called Alana Lewis, she gave me the wrong package which was Internet Vital. I ordered a internet bundle Yaad & Road + HomePhone Starter Lite package, receipt was sent to my email. This the worse company I’ve ever gotten service from. I expect to be compensated for the 6 months loss of service, the inconvenience and the stress this has caused Incompetent thieves Current Ticket numberS 7156818 - 7164537 I will refrain from paying any bills until they sort this on going issue out. They even claimed the issues has now been escalated to management, absolute joke, I have still not been contacted. They have Double tripled my bills for the past 3 months, when I enquired I was told it was an error, then they bill me again, except this bell was 5 times higher than the previous bills. When I contact them again to let them know I still have not been contacted, they, cant find the ticket number, so this whole thing repeats. I have no dial tone and all they do is issue me with a ticket number and claim someone will be in touch within 24. I have been communicating with Flow on WhatsApp since last year 2022. Again, do better! BEWARE!ĪBSOUTLEY POOR INCOMPETENT Service Provider. Do better, I know you can do better…you have fiber as a basic plan in Tobago, why not expand it to Trinidad free of cost. Don’t even get me started on when the service drops randomly and takes between 8 hours to a day to fix. Everytime I have to game I need to be on my data on my phone. Gaming was something I could do not anymore. ![]() It is 2023 and they’re okay with my Tiktok freezing every minute, my YouTube taking a while to load and don’t even mention anything about 1080p. I am aware that since flow uses cable as form of broadband the more people using it = the slower it is but wouldn’t they understand they must innovate to stay competitive? I guess not.
